Service 04 / digital presence

Website design for Singapore SMEs, planned, built and launched without a drawn-out agency process.

FatedX Labs provides website design and launch services for Singapore SMEs and service businesses. We clarify the offer, structure the pages, draft the initial copy, build the responsive site and publish it under accounts the client owns.

This is a focused website-launch service for businesses that need more guidance than a low-cost template, without the scope or overhead of a large agency project.

  • Singapore-based
  • Direct access to the builder
  • Mobile-ready
  • Client-owned accounts
  • Defined scope and revisions

What this helps with

Get from “we need a website” to a clear, published business presence.

Problem / 01

Social-only presence

Prospective customers have no single place to understand the business, its services and how to make an enquiry.

Problem / 02

Unclear messaging

The business knows what it does, but turning that knowledge into a useful page structure and concise website copy is difficult.

Problem / 03

DIY setup friction

Domain settings, layouts, mobile behaviour, forms, hosting and launch steps create more work than expected.

More than template assembly

The work begins with the business, not a page template.

01

Clarify the offer

Discuss the services, likely customer and primary action the website should support.

02

Structure the content

Plan the page hierarchy and prepare a first draft from information supplied by the business.

03

Build and publish

Implement responsive pages, connect the domain and deploy the approved site.

04

Leave the client in control

Keep the domain, hosting account and source repository under the client’s ownership.

A clear foundation, without result promises

The service does not promise traffic, enquiries or search ranking. It provides a clear, technically sound website and a controlled launch process.

Current packages

Revision definition

“Defect support” means correction of implementation errors against the approved version. It does not include new content, new features or third-party platform changes.

Suitable and unsuitable projects

A good fit starts with a clear business and a defined need.

Suitable
  • Consultants and professional service businesses.

When the delivery target begins

The delivery target begins only after the required content, assets, approvals and account access have been received.

You stay in control

The website should remain usable without being locked to FatedX Labs.

The client owns the domain registrar account, hosting account and website source repository. FatedX Labs receives only the access needed to build and publish the site.

Static hosting may have no platform charge within the provider's free limits. The client is paying for planning, implementation, setup, launch and agreed support—not for server capacity that costs FatedX Labs nothing.

Domain registration, business email and paid third-party services remain in the client's name and are billed directly to the client.

In-house examples

Examples of the build quality and process.

These are websites for businesses connected to FatedX Labs. They are examples of build quality and process, not independent client case studies or evidence of commercial results.

Frequently asked questions

About Website Launch

Does the package include SEO?

The website includes standard technical foundations such as page titles, descriptions, responsive layouts, sitemap, robots file and Search Console connection where access is provided. It does not include keyword strategy, ongoing content, backlink campaigns, ranking management or any guarantee of traffic, enquiries or search position.

Will hosting always be free?

The proposed static hosting setup may have no platform charge while the website remains within the provider's free limits. Domain registration, business email and any paid services are billed directly to the client. A different hosting arrangement may be recommended if the project requires it.

Who owns the website and domain?

The client owns the domain, hosting account and source repository. FatedX Labs is given the access needed to build and launch the site.

What content must the client provide?

The client provides accurate business details, service information, contact details, approved brand assets, photography and any required legal text. FatedX Labs prepares a first website draft from that information, but the client remains responsible for checking and approving its accuracy.

How do revisions work?

Each package includes two consolidated revision rounds. A revision round is one combined list of changes to the current version. New pages, features or a new visual direction may require a revised quotation.

When does the delivery period begin?

The target period begins after the scope is confirmed and all required content, assets, approvals and account access have been received.

Can you build an online store or booking system?

These systems are outside the packaged Website Launch scope. The requirements would need a separate assessment before FatedX Labs can confirm whether the project is suitable.

Can FatedX Labs maintain the website after launch?

The package includes a defined defect-support period. Ongoing updates or maintenance can be scoped separately, but a recurring care plan is not currently included.
